When Rodger and Angela Otero decided to move to Chapel Hill, NC, to start a new Vineyard church, their Web site was an integral part of their strategy.

When Ipswitch decided to re-release its WS_FTP Server product, our team undertook a complete rewrite to convert the management application from Windows to the Web. In support of that effort, I wrote this help system from scratch.

In addition to generating all of the content, written and visual, I developed the Author-it templates used to publish the help system.

This help system was specifically cited as a positive for the product in a magazine review.
