After serving a core market for over a decade, an organization becomes tooled for stability and predictability, which can stifle disruptive innovation.

To combat that, I designed a process to help us systematically approach high-risk, high-reward opportunities to maximize how quickly we could learn about and de-risk each opportunity.

The goals of this process is to speed delivery of a successful business model and product if possible—or to fail quickly if one is not so that we made the best use of our limited R&D capacity.
